STP and activity statements

From 1 July 2023 the ATO will use the data reported through Single Touch Payroll (STP) to simplify employer reporting obligations.  The labels reported at W1 and W2 will be prefilled in ATO online services.  The Prefill will be made available from:

  1.  July 2023 Activity Statement – if you report PAYGW monthly

  2.  September 2023 Qtr Activity Statement – if you report PAYGW quarterly.
